Terms & Conditions:

All content is delivered digitally via Dropbox within 24 hours of completing the scheduled shoot date. BP Real Estate Photo & Video reserves all copyrights to all content created. Content created may not be sold or redistributed. BP Real Estate Photo & Video reserves the right to use all created content for marketing and promotional purposes. All scheduled drone sessions must conform to FAA Part 107 guidelines and no-fly zones. All scheduled shoots are contingent on weather. Scheduled shoots may be re-scheduled/cancelled with short notice due to weather conditions. Subject property must be prepared for photos/video by the agent/owner prior to the photographer and or videographer arriving. Property boundary outlines are for marketing purposes only and are created with as much accuracy as possible but are not to be used as legal boundary lines. Full payment for all content created is due at the time of digital delivery.
